1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LogicIQ application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Service Description

LogicIQ is a mobile brain training application that offers cognitive exercises in the form of mini-games. The Application offers:

  • A free version with 10 games per day
  • A Premium version with unlimited games and advanced features
  • 30 mini-games across 5 cognitive domains
  • Performance statistics and brain age calculation
  • A streak system to track your consistency

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Application, you must create an account. You can register:

  • Via Apple Sign In
  • Via Google Sign In
  • With an email address and password

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • The confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities conducted through your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Pricing

  • Monthly subscription: $4.99/month
  • Annual subscription: $24.99/year
  • Free trial period: 7 days

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The amount will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account.

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via:

  • Your App Store account settings (iOS)
  • Your Google Play account settings (Android)

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

Payments are managed by Apple and Google. Refund requests must be addressed directly to these platforms according to their respective policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the Application in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
  • Not attempt to circumvent the limitations of the free version
  • Not use bots or automated scripts
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer the Application
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not use the Application to cheat or manipulate leaderboards

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its code, graphics, interface, and all games and content, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes.

7. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Application
  • Add, modify, or remove features
  • Change subscription prices (with notice to existing subscribers)
  • Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance

8. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that:

  • The Application will always be available or error-free
  • Game results accurately reflect your actual cognitive abilities
  • Using the Application will improve your cognitive abilities

Important: LogicIQ is an entertainment and brain training tool. It does not replace professional medical diagnosis. If you have concerns about your cognitive abilities, consult a healthcare professional.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Application settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You use the Application abusively
  • We must comply with a legal obligation

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the Application or email. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LogicIQ regarding the use of the Application.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
